This is a fact that motivated Jenny to start Rubies In The Rubble, a business that makes quality condiments from fresh food that would have otherwise gone to waste. Growing up on a farm in Scotland Jenny learnt the value of food and how to be resourceful with it and brought these ideologies into her business. Rejected due to their size, shape or colour, Rubies In The Rubble believe these foods are valuable resources that are packed with flavour and goodness. So far Rubies In The Rubble have saved over 120,000 KG of food from going to waste, giving us delicious, sustainable condiments to enjoy on the way.
