Fair Café Liqueur
The great taste comes from slow roasting the very best organically grown, Fairtrade Arabica coffee beans to extract the fine, authentic properties of the coffee. The freshly ground beans are then infused directly into the liqueur base to create a rich-flavored coffee based spirit. It is also Vegan, Gluten-Free and GMO Free.
The coffee beans are organically grown and Fairtrade certified. They come from a co-op of more than 1,900 independent farmers in the Huatusco region of Veracruz, Mexico. The sugar used in FAIR. Café Liqueur is also Fairtrade, coming from various coops in countries such as Belize and Paraguay.
The Café liqueur tastes like an alcoholic expresso with a drop of sugar, but has only half the sugar content found in most liqueurs. It is perfect to drink on its own as a digestif, paired with dessert such as ice cream or affogato and in an espresso martini.
