- Wash me at 30°
- Air dry only (tumble drying creates 75% of the carbon footprint of a garment. Let's look after the planet - it does give us a lot after all).

Material: 100% Organic Cotton tee with 'it matters.' embroidered in the centre.
Taking care of me:
Environmental and social justice are not separate issues. Environmental degradation doesn't just harm plants and animals, it also creates poverty, hunger and vulnerability for millions of people around the world. We believe that fashion can be used as a tool for change, to create connection, transparency and accountability. The more connected we become with the people and processes behind our clothes, the more we will push for positive change.
The environment matters, people matter and most of all our future matters.
£5 from every tee will support the incredible work of our friends at Environmental Justice Foundation. EJF work tirelessly with local communities to protect the habitats they depend on for their livelihoods.
This t-shirt is 100% organic cotton, grown in Gujurat, India. Instead of more toxic pesticides and fertilisers, natural compost and manure are used to keep the soil fertile. This tee was made at a factory in Tamil Nadu that is SA8000 Certified (Social Accountability audit) and powered by renewable energy. The embroidery for this tee was sewn by Moray Reach Out, a social enterprise working to support disabled and vulnerable adults through providing training opportunities.

Know The Origin
Following the collapse of the Rana Plaza garment factory in Bangladesh in 2013,Founder Charlotte could not understand why we’re still not being told who made our things. So the idea was simple. Create a platform, build robust sustainable standards, bring together radically transparent brands living up to them, show everyone, every step of how their products are grown and sewn. The vision is to make Knowing the Origin industry standard, so you and I can ensure our purchase enriches communities and restores the environment.
