Included in this set are 18, 8cm reusable bamboo cotton pads and a cotton mesh wash bag that comes perfectly wrapped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
It’s estimated each one HUKU pad is equivalent to using over 300 single use disposable pads that create unnecessary waste for the planet.
Not only is this a simple way for a more sustainable beauty routine but reusable bamboo pads are cost saving and kinder to your skin with hypo-allergenic and antimicrobial properties.
The bamboo used is grown organically and is a self-sustaining plant making it a very sustainable material that is also biodegradable. When your pads reach the end of their lifespan simply cut up and put in a compost bin.
These reusable pads are kind to all skin types and gentle enough for use on eyes.
They can be used with toners, micellar water, face washes, cleansers, eye makeup removers or simply warm water.
To wash pop them in the cotton mesh bag and add them into your usual wash.

HUKU
HUKU flourished when Sam moved into his first home with his fiancée Ella. Growing up with brothers, he hadn’t appreciated the number of products in a daily beauty routine and the waste produced as a result.
Here is when they decided to become more eco-conscious, reducing their waste and plastic consumption - eventually steering them to kickstart HUKU and design products affordable and accessible to all wanting to make the same transformation. Their goal is straightforward. Create simple swaps to your beauty regime that make a big difference to landfill and environmental pollution. All accomplished using sustainable, ethically sourced materials and zero plastic packaging.
