Estimated shipping time for Standard UK Delivery:

3-5 working days 
    • After placing your order, please allow 3-5 working days for us to prepare, and ship your order.
    • During sales, we’re busier than usual - please allow a little bit more time. Please note orders placed on Bank Holidays will be packaged on the next working day. 
    • Once we ship your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and a tracking number.

Express UK Delivery 

Express delivery is charged at £5.99
      • We use DPD for you Next Day delivery service. Once we ship your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and a tracking number.
      • All Next Day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm to be sent out the same day.

Rest of World delivery is charged at £35


Please note Import duties and taxes may apply 

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Know The Origin has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

  • You will be able to track your order. Once we ship your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and a tracking number.

Returns and exchanges 

Please let us know if you would like to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you with the next steps.

You will then have a further 14 days in which to return your unworn item(s) with the original tags and packaging. Please don't forget to include the information we ask for in your return. 

Know The Origin does not cover the cost of returns so please keep your postage receipt. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item, and when we have processed your return / exchange.

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the final refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Please note that some items can’t be returned for refunds due to hygiene and customer safety these include:

Cosmetic products - if opened, used or the protective seal is not intact.
Underwear - does not include bras if labels are still intact.
Swimwear - taken out of protective bag or any labels have been broken.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the item back to you.

Received a faulty product

We are very sorry to hear you have found your product to be faulty in some way. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible via email, and we can give you clear instructions of how to move forward. 

If you could please attach photos of the damage along with a description of the issue.

Faulty products are dealt with case-by-case due to differing circumstances requiring differing outcomes. However, we will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
